Global Modular System

We believe buildings can be built more sustainably, with end-user needs at the forefront and reusability in mind at the outset. The Global Modular System is an innovative, widespan steel system for demountable or permanent construction. The GMS achieves a high structural, fire and thermal rating and is fully relocatable, whilst providing the qualities and performance of a permanent building. Based on a 10m x 10m grid it can be used to build single or multi-floor facilities for education, healthcare, commercial and residential. Rapidly deployable, and reconfigurable over time, it does not need extensive foundations. Our recent appointment to the UK Government’s Offsite Construction Framework (CCS RM6184) recognises ES Global as a leading modular supplier to the public sector.
