Panel: No White Elephants – Building Sustainable Venues that Bring Value
In December, at TheStadiumBusiness Design and Development Summit, we brought together a fantastic panel of experts to discuss the future of modular construction in modern venues. The conversation focused on how this innovative approach can create resource-efficient, adaptable designs and relocatable architecture that leave a positive impact on local communities and economies.
Moderated by ES GLOBAL’s Amy Casterton, the panel featured Abigail Matthews from Momentum Structural Engineers, Alastair Richardson from Cox Architecture, Jim Frayling from Mott MacDonald, and Chris Hey, Project Director for the ABBA Voyage Arena. Together, they shared fascinating insights into the opportunities and challenges of modular construction, drawing on examples like the ABBA Arena and Luton Town’s Kenilworth Road stadium.
